This high profile beauty brand now has an opportunity for a lawyer with broad general commercial experience to join for 3-6 months.

About the Opportunity

In this role, you will have responsibility for running both complex and day-to-day negotiations on commercial contracts relating to retail specific matters, distribution, store design, marketing and advertising. You will support on a range of legal, governance and regulatory (including competition) matters and you will keep an eye on risk for the business. In addition, you will work closely with the wider legal team, enabling creativity and providing advice across a range of matters to the wider business.

About You

A strong commercial contracts experience is key, along with experience in marketing, product manufacturing and distribution and competition. Experience in retail, consumer or FMCG sectors would be particularly relevant. The ability to hit the ground running on a variety of matters as well as engage with a creative and customer-led business is key, along with the ability to build and foster excellent working relationships at all levels very quickly.
