Committee Secretary – Interim – top tier Investment Bank
Exciting new Company Secretary role to support executive committees and provide governance expertise for a top tier Investment Bank.
In this role you will support the regional business and legal committees as a committee secretary, provide governance subject matter expertise and make sure committees are run effectively.
Tasks include preparing meeting agendas and organising online and offline meetings, collaborating with stakeholders, producing high quality meeting minutes, distributing relevant information to committees. As well as ensuring items meet approval standard, maintaining membership and terms of Reference, and liaising with lines of business, legal representatives and respond to queries in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate has company secretarial experience, preferably with a paralegal background and has a good knowledge of UK and European regulatory and governance requirements for committees.
You must demonstrate excellent communication skills and exceptional analytical skills and a keen eye on details.
