Associate/Senior Associate - Intellectual Property

You

An Intellectual Property specialist or the drive to become a specialist.

Ideally 3 - 6 years of experience practising intellectual property law (not necessarily post-qualification experience), and be familiar with the statute law governing all core forms of intellectual property right.

Substantial experience advising in relation to contentious IP matters (including, ideally, some trial experience) and some experience in transactional matters (ideally, but not necessarily, IP-specific).
