OVERVIEW:
• This highly regarded team advise a wide range of clients from tech start-ups to globally recognised brand-owners and everything in between, across multiple industry sectors.
• The appointed IP Solicitor will work on a broad range of contentious IP matters, a broad range of transactional IP matters and on devising and executing IP strategies outside the context of specific disputes and transactions.
• You will also have an opportunity to support our registered trade mark and registered design application, prosecution and portfolio management practice.
• Applications are sought from IP Solicitors with between 3 - 6 years of experience practising intellectual property law
• You will have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
• You will be methodical, strategic and structured in your approach.
• A competitive remuneration package is on offer.
