The Opportunity

The company now has an opportunity for a lawyer to join the business and lead on a range of commercial contract negotiations as well as brand management and IP matters. As part of a small and cohesive business-facing legal team, you will deal with a wide range of matters including consumer law and marketing, e-commerce, data privacy and competition.

The role is being offered on a 4 day a week basis.

About You

The position will suit a lawyer with broad in-house experience, ideally gained in the retail or consumer sectors. Demonstrated experience leading on commercial contracts and IP is also key. An understanding of working with a brand is also essential. Broader experience encompassing marketing law, e-commerce and data privacy would also be well-utilised.

This is a unique opportunity to be a key part of a small legal team of a high profile fashion brand and work closely with a business at all levels. The ability to build and foster excellent working relationships is also key.
