Job Details
The growing company secretarial department at a UK based financial services specialist is looking for an additional member for the team. This position involves providing support to the board and committees, managing agendas, collating packs and producing minutes. You will keep records, deal with statutory filings, draft reports and assist with all corporate governance matters. You will work closely with the engaged team of 5 in supporting a genuinely nice group of people on the board.
This role would suit someone with at least a couple of years’ experience, ideally already qualified who is ambitious, wants to learn and is proactive and assertive where necessary.
