Property Litigation Solicitor

We are working with a specialist property litigation team which is Tier 1 ranked by Legal 500 in multiple locations. This property litigation team is seeking to grow with the appointment of junior level Property Litigation Specialist, who can work in either Cambridge or Norwich on a hybrid basis.

You will be working in an excellent and experienced team under an award winning Partner and be joining a firm that was awarded the Sunday Times Best 100 Companies to Work For and won Legal Week Innovation Awards for its culture, diversity and collaboration.

Your caseload will include; 'typical' property litigation work such as forfeiture, lease renewal, rent reviews, restrictive covenants, adverse possession and rights of way as well as additional work around Residential and Agricultural property litigation.

You will:

• Be between NQ - 3 years PQE
• Have achieved excellent academics
• Trained or be working at a city, or large regional firm
• Have a client focused mindset, willing to participate in BD initiatives
