Litigation Associate (3-6PQE) (Top tech clients - International/City firm)

Tenhaven is delighted to be actively hiring for a mid-level litigation associate for a close client of ours.

THE FIRM

The firm is a UK headquartered, City law firm.  They are full service and have an absolutely stellar reputation for their work in, particularly, technology and the IP rich sectors.  

THE TEAM

The team is a well resourced group, with exceptional partners in place.  The team structure includes strong junior support, as well as a strong pool of seniors.  

THE WORK

The work is a real mixture of generalist commercial litigation and dispute resolution, with a tech lean.  For example, this may include generalist commercial litigation on behalf of (for example) a multinational tech business, or a more specialist technology/IT dispute.  Your practice mix may include:

Complex contractual disputes;

Commercial litigation in all levels of the UK courts;

Tortious disputes;

Brand / IP work (noting that there are specialists that advise on this too);

and much more.

THE CLIENTS

The clients of the team are absolutely top-drawer and almost all are "household names" or leaders in their field.  The firm enjoys an enviable reputation and are "go to" advisers (across practice areas) in their sectors of focus.  The litigation team also generates a good chunk of its own work.

THE CULTURE

The firm have an exceptionally high retention rate.  This is largely down to the culture.  They have a 'no sharp elbows' policy, lots of partner contact (and partner led learning and development), and are very 'pro-family'.  Work life balance is a real draw to many of the associates who join the firm.  The quality of lawyer is very high, with most having joined from other top-tier practices.
