Senior Personal Injury Associate

An opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Personal Injury Solicitor/Associate with 10+ years PQE to join a growing, friendly and supportive team that has already established itself locally.

The successful candidate will enjoy dealing with a variety of complex and challenging work and they will have strong experience in dealing with a range of Personal Injury cases.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Achieves billing, time and fee earning targets 
• Proven project and time management skills
• A confident and professional manner
• Organised, competent, enthusiastic and ambitious.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with other fee earners,
• Providing advice and assistance to develop knowledge and skills within the rest of the team.
• Excellent attention to detail,
• Managing busy caseloads of personal injury matters, acting for both claimants and defendants
• Organising, drafting and preparation of Witness Statements, Claims Forms, Particulars of Claim, Interim Applications.
• Dealing with Counsel and Medical Experts
• Costs management and budgets;
