Job Details
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to step into a Partner role or a Partner who is seeking a step up in terms of equity opportunity and strategic influence, the firm will offer a strong base of existing work as well as the opportunity to further develop the practice
The ideal candidate will have a pragmatic and commercial approach when supporting businesses and a solid understanding of a range of key employment law areas, including disciplinary and grievance matters, discrimination and whistleblowing. You will be required to bring expert experience and advice to the role whilst supporting more junior members of the team.
The team advise a diverse range of businesses and you will be exposed to a high quality client base where you be expected to play a key role in the growth and development of existing and new client relationships.
