Job Details
Working closely with the founders you will be able to get fully involved with the business and their growth strategy.
This exciting role will cover a range of commercial contracts in the areas of sports, media and technology including drafting and reviewing licensing agreements, end user agreements and user terms.
Predominantly you will cover finance, shareholder agreements and subscription rights. The role will also have a focus on financial and crypto regulation where you will need to advise clients on the fast changing crypto regulatory landscape, including regulations for token distribution and for NFTs. Previous experience and knowledge of the crypto sector would be advantageous but not essential, you will however be expected to show a keen interest and willingness to learn.
Working with gaming developers and industry experts, the ideal candidate will have 3-4 years PQE and be passionate about sports with the ability and enthusiasm to get involved in this growing and faced-paced start-up.
