Job Details
We have been instructed by a high-profile international firm in the Middle East on a new opening in their Abu Dhabi Corporate Practice.
The firm has one of the largest corporate practices in the region with substantial teams in the UAE and other countries with more developing economies.
The Abu Dhabi team is well established, with a number of highly-regarded partners with a range of expertise in domestic and international M&A, venture capital, private equity, joint ventures and other large transactions in the Middle East.
The partners are interested in speaking to UK or Australian qualified associates with around 0-3 years of post-qualified experience in M&A and general corporate matters.
Candidates can be coming from London or Australia, but it will be an advantage to have experience of working in the Middle East or working with clients from the region.
