Young and explosive firm need a Commercial Property Solicitor adding to their roster. This modern, dynamic and forward-thinking firm have an opportunity which could lead to Partner in the near future. This Legal 500 ranked firm have recently merged with another practice. They are a modern firm with traditional values, there is a family feel which runs throughout the firm and having visited them many times myself, there is always a warmness felt with no matter who you speak to, junior or senior.

The firm has two offices, one in the West End and one in Hampstead, North London. There is a nice social aspect to working at the firm, with their being regular events for staff and their families.

The firm has been established 15+ years and have grown year on year and now have a head count of over 50 members of staff. The company has attracted many lawyers out of the city who are looking to deal still with a high quality of work but want better work-life balance, progression, and prospects.

The role

The firm are seeking to hire Commercial Property Solicitor into their West End office.

Since the firms' acquisition of a new office in the West End, the firm are seeking to offer commercial property services out of this new office, working in collaboration with their established and busy team in their new office. You will work as part of a friendly, supportive and dynamic team and will be well supported. This role would suit an ambitious candidate who wants to build on an already successful department and have the autonomy to shape their own destiny.

The firm have so many enquiries currently coming in which they are unable to service at present and a number of really strong leads, which will give the perfect platform to build off. You will find the variety of work will make for an interesting caseload. You will work with companies across a number of industry sectors ranging from SME's to National companies.

Requirements

  • You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE
  • A meticulous eye for detail is essential
  • Experience of leading and mentoring more junior members of a team is to advantage but is not essential

Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your background and level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
