AUS/NZ Finance Associates (4-6 PQE) - Elite US Firm Opportunity in London - Relocation Offered

We have been instructed on an exciting opportunity for a mid-level Finance Associate to join this leading US firm in London, and the firm is open to Australian and New Zealand candidates coming from leading practices in those jurisdictions.

The firm is recognised in the global legal market as one of the most prestigious brands, with a well-established London office that works on stand-alone matters, led by Partners who have joined from Magic Circle and other top-tier practices.

The Finance team focuses on leveraged buy-outs, along with corporate lending and other general banking matters.  This role will suit a mid-level Associate with around 4-6 years of post-qualified experience in leveraged/acquisition finance, or general banking with exposure to these areas.

Candidates from the Australian and New Zealand market are encouraged to apply, ideally coming from a top-tier practice in Sydney/Melbourne/Auckland etc., and with excellent transactional experience.  Relocation support will be offered to the right candidate, along with a salary package that sits at the very top end of the US scale, in line with the Cravath system.
