Finance opportunities abound with leading US and UK law firms in London – particularly if you have any experience of leveraged/acquisition finance.  The current newly qualified rates at US firms are £160,000, Magic Circle firms £107-£120,000 and Silver Circle £100,000. 

Those with experience in restructuring, real estate finance and general lending should also get in touch for a market overview. 

Typically teams in London will “discount” one or two years because we have a 2 year training contract/articles here but that can depend on interview performance – even so salaries are extremely healthy compared to the cost of living in London and if you are looking for big ticket work then London remains one of the largest financial centres in the world.
