Our client is a highly successful and popular c50 partner central London firm with a particularly strong Intellectual Property practice. It now seeks a 2-4pqe IP Litigation solicitor to join the team. This is a broad role covering disputes relating to trade marks, copyright, designs and patents, and is not a specialised patents / life sciences role. Applicants should have a variety of experience across these areas, and have a strong academic record ideally along with the Oxford IP diploma. A genuine interest in IP law is essential and you should also be a team player and have a commercial approach.
