Commercial Contracts Legal Counsel

I am working for a growing and entrepreneurial legal design, tech and ops company that is looking to add a junior lawyer to its team.  This role will be based in London and you will be joining a team of 7 other lawyers working with a range of innovative and global clients.  You’ll be working directly with the CEO, COO and the Head of Legal.  Where this role stands out is you will be involved in far more than just reviewing and drafting commercial contracts.  You will be providing project and operations advice to clients as well as advice around how their commercial contracts should be designed and implemented.

The ideal client will have 1-3 years PQE with commercial contracts and have an interest in legal operations and legal innovation.  You should be looking for a role at a dynamic and entrepreneurial business where you will have the opportunity to build on your legal experience as well as gaining highly valuable experience in relation to legal operations and legal design.
