Job Details
We have been instructed by the Corporate/Commercial team at this prestigious firm in London on a new role for a mid-level Associate.
The role will encompass both corporate and commercial work, working for a diverse client base including start-ups and tech firms, as well as high net worth individuals and SMEs. The role will offer a range of experience in M&A, joint ventures, general corporate governance, and commercial contracts including outsourcing and specialist agreements for technology platforms.
The Partners are keen to hear from mid-level Associates, ideally from City firms, who have a background in either corporate and/or commercial - it is not necessary to have a pre-existing mix of experience to be considered.
The firm is known in the market for having a very positive culture and good work/life balance, far less intense in its expectations and targets than international/large City firms.
