The Team and Work

The team is led by ex-City lawyers and has a healthy mix of borrower and lender side work with a focus, on the lender side, on non-bank lenders.  You can expect to be involved in a wide range of transactions including leveraged, acquisition and other event driven financings; corporate borrowing; real estate financings; growth capital financings; restructurings; and loan book and other receivables financings.
