Job Details

Our client is one of the leading global law firms. They are looking for a 2-4 PQE Associate with Derivatives and Structured Products experience to join their Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team in London.

Their DCM practice offers expert advice on a full range of debt capital markets and structured finance transactions and derivatives. It operates as an integrated part of an international debt capital markets and structured finance team.

The work involves advising clients on:
  • the establishment and updating of on and off balance sheet structured products programmes;
  • securitised and OTC derivatives;
  • hedging arrangements as part of structured finance transactions;
  • structured repo and securities lending arrangements;
  • repackagings;
  • and regulatory advice connected with the above
The ideal candidate will have strong academics (2:1 degree minimum) and have worked in a similar team at a well-regarded law firm (or in-house) in the UK or other Common Law jurisdiction.
