Your new role

• Become the main point of contact for motor accidents causing death
• Managing each project including witness statements, drafting and managing court dead-lines
• Budgeting, KPIS and billing effectively
• Business development
• CPD

What you'll need to succeed

• 3PQE England and Wales qualified with UK experience in criminal litigation, specifically road traffic.
• Police station accredited.
• Personal injury experience is preferable.
• Naturally intuitive and empathic due to the nature of the cases you will handle
• Demonstrable experience of meeting your billing hours efficiently
• A confident self-starter with an eye for detail quickly and clearly, reaching top quality workable solutions
• Due to the nature of the work, out of hours at police stations as required.
• Experience of working with and delivering timely KPIs
• A natural relationship builder within your firm's team and with your clients
• Full UK driving licence with flexibility to be mobile in the South and South East.
