In House Legal Counsel 5-7 PQE - International Manufacturer - West Midlands - Remote

Our client is a c. £3 billion in revenue global manufacturer who are partner to the some of the biggest brands in the world and provide market leading high precision products that help us get from A to B. They are looking for an experienced generalist commercial lawyer to take a central role within the business.

Reporting into a highly supportive Head of Legal, you will be given lots of autonomy to:

· Lead on negotiations on the supplier and customer side, as well as leading on negotiations on bids/tenders for new business;
· Be the dedicated point of contact for one of the businesses key global customers;
· Deliver training to the business and putting legal operations in place;
· Handle other ad hoc matters i.e. litigation or GDPR matters

As well as lots of exciting travel opportunities, the base salary is between £70,000 and £85,000 depending on experience. There is a generous car allowance and reliable bonus, pension contributions up to 8% from the employer and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and the opportunity to work fully remote.
