They are looking to appoint a Commercial Solicitor 4+ years PQE into their team in Watford, who will be given a broad diet of commercial work to further their technical skills and knowledge.

The role:

Opportunity for a Commercial Solicitor 4+ years PQE to progress within a commercial team in Watford that is operating at the forefront of multiple sectors.

You will work across a broad range of commercial contracts and demonstrate outstanding drafting and negotiation skills. With the support and guidance of senior lawyers, you will be given a platform to work with clients directly and manage relationships.

The team has particular expertise in tech, IP, manufacturing and pharmaceutical work, data protection, healthcare, education and charities work making for a dynamic and interesting caseload.

You'll be working alongside leading figures and assist them on complex matters, often multi-jurisdictional in nature.

Requirements:
· Commercial Solicitor 4+ years PQE with experience in a quality commercial practice
· Outstanding technical knowledge with a clear commercial focus
· Proven ability to generate business and identify prospects within the corporate space
