ISDA Negotiator with international bank

Key responsibilities:

• Negotiates various industry-standard and (with Law Group) non-standard master agreements.
• Negotiates and reviews regulation-driven documentation.
• Coordinates, in conjunction with Law Group, changes and updates to master agreement templates.
• Ensures compliance with Standing Orders for all trading documentation.
• Updates Trading Documentation systems to reflect status of negotiations and to capture information from completed agreements.
• Ensures appropriate internal systems are updated accordingly.

Job specifications:

• Proven master agreement negotiation experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Capital Markets products & the trading environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of industry-standard master agreements (ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA, etc) and various counterparty types (FI's, corporates, funds, etc).
• Understanding of risk issues.
• Familiarity with facility agreements and/or facility-linked swap documentation
• Experience negotiating FBF and/or Deutsche Rahmenvertrag advantageous but not essential.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
