In-house NQ FS Regs Lawyer

Background:

Our client is a multinational professional services institution who are looking to expand their financial services regulatory advisory (retail banking) team. The postholder must be a UK qualified lawyer (2-5 PQE) and will preferably have existing experience in this role. The role will cover:

• Providing high quality financial services regulatory advice.
• Developing business/client relationships to increase revenue generation.
• Demonstrating technical expertise, enhancing propositions that are relevant for clients.
• Contributing effectively to team projects.
• Developing internal networks and maintain excellent relationships internally.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate experience in advising on banking, consumer credit, mortgages, financial promotions, TCF and conduct related matters (or at least most of these areas), and the candidate should feel comfortable navigating through the corresponding laws and rules within the FCA Handbook.
