A property litigation associate is offered an excellent opportunity to join a Legal 500 ranked property litigation team at this leading international practice, in Birmingham.

The property litigation team in Birmingham act alongside their colleagues throughout the UK as a national property litigation practice, acting for clients domestically and internationally across the retail, financial services, real estate (institutional landlords and investment funds) life sciences, pharmaceutical, healthcare, energy and natural resources, hospitality and leisure sectors.
The successful property litigation associate joining this highly renowned property litigation team in Birmingham will undertake a broad spectrum of property litigation work, which will include:
- Dilapidations
- Rent review
- Mediation, Arbitration, and ADR
- Wayleaves
- Easements
- Land compensation
- Land rights issues for onshore oil and gas exploration and production
- Tenant insolvency
- Service charge disputes
- Contested lease renewals
- Break options and arrears claims
This position has come about due to strategic growth and is ideally suited to property litigation associates between NQ and three years’ PQE. Candidates applying for this position should be able to display at least a single training seat in property litigation, a strong academic background, technical knowledge, and communication skills. Candidates with experience in other areas of litigation with exposure to or a keen interest in re-training in property litigation are welcome and encouraged to apply.
