Corporate Solicitor – Buckinghamshire – 3 - 6 PQE 

Our Client, a Legal 500 and Chambers Ranked law firm with several offices spread throughout Buckinghamshire and London, is looking to appoint a Corporate Solicitor.

A leading law firm based in the South East with several offices in Buckinghamshire and London, our client is a full-service firm, offering a comprehensive range of legal services to businesses and private individuals. They act for blue-chip companies that are household names as well as SMEs, entrepreneurs and not-for-profit organisations.

In recent times they have expanded into international markets, regularly advising clients in the UK doing business overseas and international clients wanting to invest in the UK.

The firm has a rich history and they have retained a reputation for high-quality legal advice from lawyers who are experts in their fields.

The Team

The Team regularly act for clients in private company sales and purchases, as well as joint ventures and pride themselves on their speed and adaptability to the issues that arise. Their lawyers are skilled negotiators as well as legal experts and where relevant, they involve their Commercial Property, Employment and Dispute Resolution colleagues to ensure clients have access to the full breadth of expertise needed.

Clients range in size from public companies to owner-managed businesses, and they advise across a wide range of sectors from construction and engineering, through IT and telecoms to professional services.

The Team have grown substantially over the past few years and see no slow down in the flow of work, which is why they are looking to add to their numbers even further.

The Role/Candidate

We are looking for a Corporate Associate to join the Team.

As the successful candidate for the role, you should be an experienced corporate lawyer, with the ability to work well in a team and autonomously.  You should have a can-do attitude even whilst working under pressure and should have previously represented a range of clients, including large companies.

You should also have a willingness to get involved in business development initiatives when required.
