Job Details
This role will suit an experienced Real Estate Finance Lawyer with an entrepreneurial mind set looking for a change and an opportunity to join an innovative legal platform on a consultancy basis where you can build and grow your network. A client following is not required.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales with a current Practising Certificate
- Upwards of 15 years' PQE in handling a real estate finance focused caseload
- A solid background within Private Practice and/or In House
- A genuine interest in providing legal support in an innovative manner
- Strong technical knowledge and a keen eye for detail
As a consultant, you will be able to accept work on a project-by project basis. You will also be able to utilise technology and AI. The role is non-exclusive and can sit alongside other revenue streams and can be undertaken 100% remotely. Candidates can be based anywhere within the world, but must be England & Wales qualified.
