Job Details
This innovative fin tech company is in growth mode. In line with this they are growing the legal team and looking to hire a junior to mid level lawyer who is a pro-active self starter. You will be comfortable drafting and negotiating a broad variety of commercial agreements whilst working collaboratively across various business functions.
This will suit a bright and commercially minded lawyer with circa 1-5 years pqe and a good understanding of the financial services industry. So long as you have strong contracts skills and deal experience you could come from a commercial, derivatives, prime brokerage, structured products or regulatory background. Most important is the ability to digest complex matters and get to the crux of an issue as well as being able to learn quickly in an ever evolving environment.
