Job Details
We are instructed by a top 200 law firm who are looking to hire two Solicitors to join their Contentious Trusts & Estates team. The firm will consider candidates who have general litigation experience and be willing to diversify. The firm acts for private individuals, trustees (both individuals and trust companies) and other fiduciaries, such as executors, deputies and attorneys across multiple jurisdictions in relation to a range of private wealth disputes. They also have experience acting for charities in relation to disputes that arise over testamentary gifts. Billable hours: 1200 with strong focus on work/life balance. Currently advising on contentious estates ranging from £2m - £300m and some leading reported cases. Team of 8 including 2 support staff.
