Our client is looking for an experienced commercial lawyer to provide support with negotiating a variety of contracts, particularly in relation to IT/software, as well as advising on issues relating to IP and data privacy in the context of commercial contracts. This is a minimum six month, full-time role and can be done almost 100% remotely. Occasional office time at their premises outside London would be helpful but not essential. You must have the right to work in the UK.
