Job Details
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Employment law Solicitor to join our clients BLHR and Employment Team based in Essex.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years post qualified experience of working within an Employment Law environment. You will be able to work individually and unsupervised but also effectively with other team members. Supervisory skills of less experienced colleagues would be an advantage.
You will have proven experience of handling a caseload and the ability to deliver succinct high quality advice to both commercial and private clients. You will need to have excellent client and team communication skills, drafting and negotiation skills and a desire to play a key role in the future development of the team.
Knowledge of a case management system and Microsoft Office software skills are essential.
You will be required to travel to our clients' other Essex based offices where necessary.
