Senior Cyber and Technology Disputes Associate

An innovative law firm has instructed us on an exciting/exceptional opportunity. Due to client demand, the firm is looking to expand its Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) practice area by hiring a Senior Cyber and Technology Disputes Associate.

OVERVIEW:

Having a formidable reputation, the firm has over 40 top-tier rankings and has won numerous prestigious awards. The role requires the Senior Cyber and Technology Disputes Associate to specialise in cyber work and technology disputes.  


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supporting clients on contractual technology disputes including pre-litigation matters, ADR, distressed re-negotiation, and litigation/arbitration
• Managing the full range of cyber matters including pre-breach services, regulatory investigations, full incident response management, and litigation arising out of cyber incidents.
• Assisting with business development to win new clients and to win cyber work from existing clients
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent academics
• Experience in a City firm or a large regional practice
• Strong TMT and litigation background
• Experience in advising on Cyber matters including pre-breach services, regulatory investigations, full incident response management, and litigation arising out of cyber incidents
• 7+ PQE
