Job Details
This London based membership body is looking for a Corporate Governance Manager to join their team.
Some of your responsibilities in this role will include:
Managing the Corporate Governance across the Group in accordance with statutory requirements
Drafting Corporate Boards / Committees and General Meeting minutes and resolutions
Maintaining the company insurance policies, including managing renewals, policy queries and claims,
and insurance reviews
Governance reviews and changes as required in accordance with regulatory changes
This would be a great opportunity for someone with c.3 years company secretarial experience looking for a varied role within a friendly and flexible environment. Study support will be provided to those individuals looking to complete the CGI qualification
This organization operates a hybrid working model with the expectation to be in the office 2 days per week.
