Job Details
We have been instructed on an attractive opportunity for a UK qualified Corporate lawyer to relocate to the Middle East and take advantage of the lifestyle benefits and tax free salary package.
The role is envisioned as having a broad corporate focus including inbound and outbound M&A, company formations and joint ventures, as well as equity capital markets transactions including IPOs.
The firm has a stellar reputation in the Middle East and works on international as well as regional matters with a client base including local enterprises, sovereigns, as well as foreign companies on their investments into the region.
The partners are looking for candidates from within the London or UK market, and are interested in speaking to Corporate Associates from international firms with c.2+ years of PQE.
Given the nature of the role, a broad corporate skill set will be an advantage.
