THE ROLE

For an experienced Practice Manager offering an excellent bonus structure, great career progression and long term opportunities at a market leading and renowned national legal aid law firm.

This is for a organised professional to work closely with the firm's Partners, organising and planning for the firm's day to day operations as well as the firm's future growth.

THE CANDIDATE

Knowledge of running a practice is essential as are full IT skills.

Responsibilities:

· Drive and manage the firm's day to day operations, as well as planning and expansion
· Managing a growing team of fee earners, solicitors and administrative team
· Analyse and manage the organisation's financial management and regulatory requirements.
· Ongoing development of the internal case management system
· Work closely with and support the firm's Partners and senior management, as well as working closely with client services and the wider team.
· Forge strong business relationships both internally and externally
· Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies
· Working with multiple departments, such as accounting, human resources and purchasing
· Working with the Financial Controller in managing the finance team and suggesting improvements where necessary
· Working with the Managing Director and Practice Director
