In the context of Manchester it fair to say that the real estate team is very much in the top bracket in terms of work and reputation locally. The depth  and variety of work on offer make it an attractive proposition for junior real estate lawyers looking to develop their skills.

The real estate team are looking to grow at grassroots level and so are looking to hire someone at NQ - 4 year PQE level who has a genuine interest in getting involved in a variety of work including asset management, reports on title and real estate finance work.

By way of example the role could comprise:

• real estate finance -  carrying out title diligence and completing or reviewing Certificates of Title/Reports on Title (including dealing with completions and registration requirements).
• real estate transaction experience including sale documentation, discharge documentation, searches and completions and leases (primarily lease reviews, but also agreements to lease, leases and variations.

You are likely to be currently working as a real estate lawyer or seeking to qualify in this area in Manchester.
