Job Details
A growing company secretarial department at a growing bank is looking to hire a Deputy Company Secretary to report to the General Counsel and named Company Secretary. Managing a small, well-structured team of 3 to 4, you would be expected to look after the board and run the team on a day to day basis whilst working closely with the GC to implement strategy and longer term improvements.
For this role we are looking for someone who is an aspiring company secretary but seeking that next step to get the experience required. You must be hands on, proactive and wanting to learn. You should be qualified and have experience in the financial services industry. You will be rewarded with a management team who are genuinely nice people and willing to invest in you.
