Mid/Senior Associate - Banking & Finance (Bermuda)

Leading offshore law firm actively seeking high performing Commonwealth qualified lawyer with considerable experience across banking & finance transactions for its highly rated Bermuda office. Consistently ranked in the top tier of offshore firms on island, this firm has extensive experience advising clients, which include international corporates, banks and private equity providers, on complex, cross-border finance transactions.

To be considered, applicants will be academically strong and have a minimum of four years' post-qualifying experience (on a UK scale) developed within the finance team at top tier international practice. Technically strong and an accomplished communicator, you will be capable of taking responsibility for deals and client / onshore counsel relationships, while supervising junior team members. Working closely with colleagues across multiple offices to get deals over the line, the ideal candidate(s) will be versatile and willing to get involved in all manner of transactions, spanning banking & finance, funds and corporate work - all with a cross-border element.
