Commercial Litigation & Insolvency – 3yrs+ PQE (Cayman)

Job Details

Major offshore law firm seeks high calibre Commonwealth qualified litigators (solicitors & barristers) with a minimum of 3yrs PQE for its expanding Cayman disputes practice. Ideally hailing from a recognised offshore firm our client will also consider those applicants with onshore litigation experience developed with a rated international firm looking to make a first move offshore.

The work on offer will include acting on significant shareholder disputes, fraud, cross-border and multi-jurisdictional litigation, asset tracing as well as restructuring and insolvency matters.

Lots of autonomy and responsibility from day one within what is a very close knit team regularly engaged on the most high profile offshore disputes. A very attractive financial package (tax free) plus relocation is offered while those with long-term career aspirations will be thoroughly encouraged and supported in their progression. Furthermore, our client actively supports and is committed to a flexible working culture.

For more information on this and other litigation opportunities we are working on in Cayman and across the Caribbean, please send your CV and supporting information in confidence to James O’Brien at james@agnewobrien.com or apply via this website.
