JOB TITLE: Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: Up to 8 years’ PQE
LOCATION: Newcastle
THE ROLE:
My client is currently looking to recruit an additional Property Solicitor into its specialist team handling rural and agricultural estates matters. You will be advising on a wide range of matters including the sale and purchase of rural properties, easement and rights of way, tenancies, mining and minerals, sporting rights and estate management work. Your clients will be a wide ranging as your work, from HNW individuals, to commercial organisations, landed estates and financial institutions.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Property Solicitors with up to around 8 years’ PQE in rural property law. Recently qualified Solicitor with a strong training seat in property and a clear interest in working within the agricultural property law sector are encouraged to apply. You will be able to demonstrate a solid technical understanding of property law, alongside the ability to communicate clearly with clients and taking a commercial approach to your work.
