Key Responsibilities
You will be given the chance to handle a variety of work, including corporate and commercial transactions across the Middle East. You will be expected to take responsibility for significant elements of a transaction. This means that you must have significant transactional experience and strong transaction management skills.
Skills and Qualifications
We are currently seeking a 4-14PQE+ ideally bilingual Arabic and English speaking corporate and commercial lawyer with at least 1 year of experience working in Saudi Arabia.
