The Role:
- This is a highly progressive opportunity for a Corporate Associate (NQ) to join the firm's vibrant office in Leeds, with hybrid working in place
- The Legal 500 ranked Corporate team boast a formidable reputation for their specialist expertise in high-profile deals, advising a broad range of investors, large corporates and SMEs
- To align with this, you will have a diverse caseload, including mergers & acquisitions, private equity work, corporate governance
- With a focus on private equity matters, you will have the opportunity to work closely alongside the Head of PE and Head of Office, giving you the exposure to develop into a highly skilled corporate lawyer
- Additionally, you can take advantage of the firm's global reach, enabling you to skyrocket your career to the very top level
The Ideal Candidate:
- A qualified Solicitor from NQ to 3 years PQE
- Ideally completed a seat in Corporate
- Well-organised and proactive
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good written and oral communication skills
