Job Details
The highly rated funds group at this top tier US law firm seeks a funds lawyer with between 1-4yrs PQE for its expanding Singapore practice.
Interest is therefore sought from candidates with a top tier private practice pedigrees who are looking for a platform that can offer high calibre funds work spanning private equity, private credit, tech funds (including venture capital funds) and fund secondaries. Possessing technical ability, motivation and commitment to your clients, you will be a team player with the ability to communicate effectively.
The successful applicant will represent clients on the structuring and establishment of private equity investment funds, secondary transactions, carried interest and co-investment plans, team spin-outs, co-investments and other private equity related transactions as well as acting on the establishment of other types of alternative investment funds, such as real estate, venture capital, infrastructure and hedge funds, to include providing advice to major institutional investors on their investments into funds both in Asia and elsewhere.
Working alongside of the of the Asia-Pacific’s leading funds partners, you will be offered client contact and increased responsibility for transactions while benefitting from hands on training & development which will underpin your development and progression within the firm. Financially the rewards are attractive while full relocation will be offered to those applying from overseas.
