Interim Litigation Lawyer – 3+ PQE – 12 month contract - Top Tier bank

Exciting new opportunity to work in the Litigation and Investigations team of this well-known investment bank in London.

You will assist with internal investigation matters across the business and will manage all aspects of investigations cases, such as gathering and analysing information, developing an investigation strategy and contributing disciplinary recommendations. You will draft documents including interview summaries, disciplinary letters, investigation reports, responses to key stakeholders and memoranda as well as liaising with the legal, compliance and risks functions, external counsel and business stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3PQE from a major law firm or an in-house position with another investment bank and will demonstrate experience of conducting investigations, including knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements and rules relevant to corporate internal investigations.
