We have several vacancies for newly qualified solicitors to join an elite US law firm undertaking a broad range general banking & finance work. The team deals with private equity sponsors and corporations on financings for mergers, acquisitions and recapitalizations; commercial and investment banks in arranging leveraged transactions; global asset managers and alternative capital providers in making direct investments; investment vehicles and lenders in fund-level financings and manager loans; borrowers, issuers, bondholders and other lenders in debtor-in-possession and distressed company financings. Salary from £145k to £170k.
