Job Details
This is a brilliant opportunity for a highly experienced Commercial Solicitor to join an international business on an interim basis. You will lead the UK legal function for an interim period, with the support of a high performing team and will be based from the Leeds head office, with lots of scope for home working.
This role, which is being recruited to cover the notice period for an incoming permanent candidate, will have overall responsibility for all legal matters across the business in the UK. Experience with commercial contracts, procurement, managing / preventing disputes, corporate transactions etc. will be highly beneficial, as will experience leading and managing a team of lawyers.
This position is likely to start in September and would be best suited to a Commercial Solicitor with significant in house experience and ideally a minimum of c. 10 years PQE.
