Commercial Technology Solicitor

Hybrid working available

Our client are seeking an experienced Commercial Solicitor to take on a caseload of non-contentious commercial contracts. Candidates with mixed corporate/commercial experience will also be considered.
Based in Milton Keynes, hybrid working is available and there will also be occassional travel to West Sussex.

You will advise on a wide range of commercial matters including data protection, franchising, IT related agreements, licensing and exploitation of intellectual property, other standard and bespoke commercial contracts, agency, distribution, and corporate support.

You may also be occasionally required to advise on partnerships and LLPs, competition law, asset finance and consumer credit, therefore experience in these areas would be an advantage.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years PQE and a strong commercial background gained in a city or medium/large regional firm. You will have the ability to work autonomously, seeking assistance from other team members on more complex matters.

You should have excellent interpersonal and marketing skills with the ability to develop contacts for the team while also having a strong drive and ambition for your own career development.
