They now seek an NQ-3+ PQE Family Solicitor to join its award-winning department based in North London. This role will allow you to work alongside Legal 500 & Spears ranked Partners and gain exposure to an excellent quality of work.

This firm prefers to grow 'organically' and likes to promote from within; they now have over 200 employees, including over 50 Partners, most of which have been with the firm for years. As a result, they have a staff retention rate superior to their competitors.
Freedom, autonomy and flexibility are encouraged within this Chambers ranked practice with hybrid working on offer up to 3 days a week.
The Role:
The Family department is renowned for it is high-quality work and is ranked in the Legal 500; they now seek to build upon their continued success with an NQ-3+ PQE Family/Matrimonial Solicitor.
This role will see you work alongside established Partners and Associates on HNW matters, including but not limited to Divorce, separation, adoption, child custody, financial settlements, distribution of assets with some international elements.
Requirements, Salary & Benefits:
- You will be a Family Solicitor NQ-3+ relevant years of PQE
- You will be a dynamic and personable individual
- You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- You will be able to and comfortable in managing/developing client relationships
- Salary is highly competitive, negotiable and dependent upon your level of experience. They are looking for long-term hires and pay well for the right candidate.
