CAYMAN ISLANDS - CORPORATE / PRIVATE EQUITY LAWYER - 3-5 PQE

This leading offshore law firm have an excellent new opportunity for a further Associate to join their top-flight Corporate and Private Equity transactional practice in the Cayman Islands. Applicants will need to be Offshore, UK or Commonwealth qualified lawyers, with a minimum of three years' PQE gained within a mainstream high-level Corporate or Private Equity role. The position will entail undertaking a broad and varied transactional caseload, often acting for major international entities, and spanning take-overs/take-privates, M&A, joint ventures, restructurings, shareholder/investor arrangements, capital investments/return of funds, SPACs and IPOs. You'll be working closely with other members of their market leading team and reporting to their group partners in the Caymans.
